Notice to Clients
By using the services of Joyspirations Company LLC ("Company"), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you") and Joyspirations Company LLC, its independent contractor travel agents ("Travel Agent(s)"), and any affiliated entities. Joyspirations Company LLC is a registered business in the State of Nevada and operates as an independent affiliate of Archer Travel Services, Inc., a licensed travel agency based in California.
Joyspirations Company LLC and its Travel Agents act solely as intermediaries between Clients and third-party suppliers of travel-related services (“Suppliers”), including but not limited to airlines, hotels, cruise lines, transportation providers, tour operators, event organizers, and travel insurance companies.
1. Independent Contractor Status
All Travel Agents operating under Joyspirations Company LLC are independent contractors, not employees. They are authorized to book travel and provide advisory services under the Company’s affiliation with Archer Travel Services, Inc. Neither Joyspirations Company LLC nor Archer Travel Services, Inc. shall be held liable for any acts, errors, or omissions of independent Travel Agents that are outside the scope of services or contrary to company policy.
2. Limitation of Liability
Joyspirations Company LLC, its Travel Agents, and Archer Travel Services, Inc. shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, damage, delay, inconvenience, or expense arising from:
- Any act or omission of Suppliers, including but not limited to service failure, overbooking, delay, bankruptcy, strike, civil unrest, natural disasters, or force majeure events;
- The Client’s failure to obtain required documentation or comply with international, federal, or local travel laws, rules, or regulations;
- Changes in itinerary, accommodations, or travel plans made by the Supplier.
All travel arrangements are made at the Client's own risk. Joyspirations Company LLC does not assume responsibility for Supplier terms, pricing, or performance.
3. No Warranty or Guarantee
The Company and its Travel Agents do not guarantee the accuracy of information provided by Suppliers or third-party booking systems. Travel services and availability are subject to change without notice. No express or implied warranty is made regarding the quality, safety, or conditions of any Supplier-provided travel product or service.
4. Prices, Errors, and Rebilling
All pricing is current at the time of quotation and is subject to change without notice. Prices are not guaranteed until payment has been processed in full. In the event of a pricing, system, or human error, the Company reserves the right to re-invoice the Client for the correct price or service, or cancel the booking in accordance with applicable Supplier refund or cancellation policies.
5. Payments and Cancellation Policy
Depending on the specific terms of the Supplier, either a deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. The amount due and any available payment plan options will be clearly communicated in writing.
Failure to make timely payments may result in cancellation of your booking by the Supplier, subject to their terms and penalties.

Include your full name, travel dates, and booking or invoice number.
Refunds for cancellations are not guaranteed and are strictly subject to the cancellation and refund policies of each Supplier. If you have purchased travel protection or insurance, any potential refunds may also be subject to the terms of that insurance policy. Joyspirations Company LLC does not process or guarantee any refund outside of what is authorized by third-party vendors or insurers.
Changes:
Modifications to a reservation (including name changes, service adjustments, or date changes) will incur a change fee per person,
plus any applicable Supplier/vendor fees. All such charges will be disclosed at the time of the request.
Acceptance:
By submitting a deposit or payment, you formally accept all terms in this legal disclaimer and the Company’s Terms and Conditions. Any violation on your part may result in forfeiture of funds paid.
6. Travel Risks and Requirements
Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with all passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements. Travel may involve inherent risks. By confirming travel, the Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with travel, including those related to delays, illness, or cancellations. Joyspirations Company LLC is not liable for the accuracy or completeness of government-issued travel advisories or entry protocols.
7. Insurance Recommendation
We strongly recommend the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and baggage loss. Clients who decline insurance coverage do so at their own risk. Joyspirations Company LLC is not liable for denied claims, policy restrictions, or delays in insurance processing.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Disclaimer and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada and applicable federal laws of the United States. Any legal proceedings must be brought exclusively in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada. Both parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joyspirations Company LLC, its Travel Agents, Archer Travel Services, Inc., and all affiliated personnel from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of our services;
- Any breach of this disclaimer or company terms;
- Any actions, errors, or omissions by you in connection with your travel.
10. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By using our services and submitting a deposit or full payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Legal Disclaimer in its entirety. This agreement is binding upon you, your representatives, heirs, successors, and assigns.
